In the creation of this Drought Tolerant Oasis, Campion Walker faced the challenge of revitalizing a neglected registered landslide site into a thriving outdoor sanctuary, seamlessly linking the house to the existing pool area.

To achieve this vision, we embarked on a journey of transformation. The pool underwent a redesign, featuring a striking cantilevered raw steel arbor that frames sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. Meanwhile, a modular crib wall system was employed to sculpt the steep hillside into lush terraces, cascading from bottom to summit.

Guided by a commitment to sustainability, garden pathways were artfully lined with boulders, exotic succulents, and drought-tolerant native plants, instilling a sense of timelessness and natural harmony. The result? An oasis that exudes an innate sense of belonging, as if it has always been an integral part of its surroundings.
